Alcock Nurseries Ltd. agrees to replace once at no charge, any tree, shrub or evergreen purchased at regular retail price, which fails to grow in the first year from date of purchase. In no case shall Alcock Nurseries Ltd. be liable for more than the amount of the original purchase price.

NOT COVERED: We do not guarantee against losses due to vandalism, theft, mechanical or chemical injury, animal damage, pest damage, neglect, improper care or severe weather conditions beyond our control.

RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER: The purchaser agrees to follow proper planting, maintenance, watering frequency and winter protection. If replacement is necessary, the customer is responsible for presenting the failed plant material and the original purchase invoice.
